CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - Territory Manager
Due to the exciting expansion of our product, Celleration is seeking aggressive, financially motivated Territory Managers to join our growing sales force. We are building a strong national team to broaden our presence in the market. Due to our extensive company growth, our nation wide hunt for top talent is always ongoing. Though we always accept online applicants from across the nation, we currently have openings for Territory Managers in the following territories:
- Dallas, TX
- Houston, TX
- St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities:
Fully understand the business of ultrasound and wound healing in order to differentiate competitive products and position Celleration products within the market.
Drive value added solutions and increased sales opportunities within the territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Effectively manage the sales process, including establishing pre-call plans, developing and prioritizing objectives, asking the right questions, identifying/establishing customer needs, handle objections, and ultimately closing sales.
Effectively manage territory, developing comprehensive territory plans, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of each account, providing business analysis, and driving deeper within existing accounts.
Build and maintain a broad base of relationships to ensure access to key decision makers, ability to align key clinical and economic influences within each account, and to influence key opinion leaders.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful direct sales in the medical industry; experience selling wound care in LTC, acute care or other wound care settings is highly preferable
- Minimum of three years medical or capital equipment direct sales experience
- Ability to effectively manage a large sales territory
- Proven ability to effectively present the economic and clinical benefits o f a product to clients within a medical market (LTC, HOPD, LTAC, Outpatient Would Clinics, Physicians, etc. is highly preferred)
- Candidate must be highly aggressive in approach, motivated to achieve results, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a growing organization
- Ability to effectively organization and manage workload while traveling at least 60% of the work week (generally, a minimum of 3 out of 5 days a week)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
