Due to the exciting expansion of our product, Celleration is seeking aggressive, financially motivated Regional Managers to join our growing sales force. Responsibilities:
Coach and develop field team associates to meet standards of clinical excellence.
Work with team associates to apply best practice principles in wound care management.
Have an effective knowledge of competitive products to effectively capture competitive accounts.
Work with National Accounts, Marketing, and Corporate Departments to execute field strategies.
Develop "Customer Champions" and facilitate multi-level account meetings to reach favorable account consensus.
Engage in sales situations to assist field personnel in securing and penetrating accounts.
Provide strategic field direction that will allow field associates to grow and develop sales and clinical skills.
Coach team associates in a disciplined sales model.
Train, motivate, and teach applicable skills to Territory Managers and Clinical Consultants.
Analyze and interpret regional selling patterns related to product adoption and competitive penetration.
Integrate individual territory plans and account profiles into a broader regional plan.
Coach field team associates in account targeting and prioritizing customers based on objective targeting criteria.
Develop relationships with key account customers within region.
Participate in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.
Successful completion of all designated training programs for this position.
Conform to, support and enforce all Celleration policies and procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience
- 3+ years of sales management experience in medical devices
- Healthcare direct sales experience
- Medical device sales management experience
- Healthcare Sales and Product Positioning Skills
- Successful Sales track record
- Wound Care clinical knowledge and knowledge of the wound care market
- Solid Wound Care sales and sales management experience
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the work week (generally, a minimum of 3 out of 5 days a week)
