Celleration^®, Inc. was formed in 1999 to commercialize its core platform technology that originated in Russia. In 1994, co-founder, Eliaz P. Babaev immigrated to the United States and in 1999 assigned the intellectual property to the Company. In September 2001, Kevin Nickels was hired as Chief Executive Officer, and proceeded to obtain financing to complete product development on MIST Therapy^® and conduct additional clinical research. The Company continues to build an organization around this core unique technology.

Kevin L. Nickels: President and CEO
Before joining Celleration, Mr. Nickels was Chief Executive Officer of Kinesis Medical from 1997 to 2000, an orthopedic spine device company that developed patented-first to market technology for the non-invasive treatment of mechanical low back pain. Prior to Kinesis, he was General Manager and Operations Director of Rosemount Aerospace, Inc. Mr. Nickels also served as the Research & Development Director and Director of Operations at SciMed Life Systems, Inc. Prior to SciMed, Mr. Nickels held a number of operations and product development management positions at Cobe Laboratories and Cordis Dow. He holds a BS from California State Polytechnic University in Mechanical Engineering.

Leota Pearson, CPA: Vice President of Finance and CFO
Prior to working at Celleration, Ms. Pearson was the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Altiva Corporation, a dental implant manufacturer, and Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Endocardial Solutions, a developer and marketer of a cardiac system designed to enhance the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia. She has previously served as Controller at General Litho Services and at Orthomet, and worked for the public accounting firm, Fischer, Johnson, Zuelke & Co. Ms. Pearson holds a BSBA from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Michael T. Peterson: Vice President of Research and Development
Mr. Peterson began work at Celleration 2002 with over 20 years experience in the development of new products serving a variety of industries, including aerospace, medical and consumer goods. His prior experience includes working at Select Comfort, Inc. as Vice President of Product Development & Technology, and he spent 14 years at Goodrich Aircraft Sensor Division where he was the Director of Product Development. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology.

Joe Bell: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Bell joined Celleration in September 2007. He is a 29 year veteran of medical devices with 14 years in wound care most recently as Region Vice President of Sales for the Southeast United States for Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI). Prior to KCI, Mr. Bell held leadership positions at DeVilbiss Healthcare and Baxter Healthcare Corp. He holds a BS from Southern University.

Pam Unger: Vice President of Post Market Research and Clinicals
Ms. Unger joined Celleration in October 2006. She has been actively practicing for the past 29 years, mostly specializing in wound care and management across all care settings. Pam created a physical therapy-based multidisciplinary wound care clinic, developed a management model for acute care, and continues to pursue clinical research. As a wound care leader, Pam has been published over 25 times. Ms. Unger presently serves as President of the Section on Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management, serves as the American Physical Therapy Association’s liaison to the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel, and previously served as a board member of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. Ms. Unger holds a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Johnson: Vice President of Home Healthcare/ International Business Development
Mr. Johnson joined Celleration in November 2007. He is a 23 year veteran of medical devices specializing in wound care, most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Western United States for Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI). He holds a BS in Business.
