CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - Home Health Manager
Due to the exciting expansion of our product, Celleration is looking for three highly competent Home Health Managers to join our sales force. This role will be responsible for driving MIST usage and adoption in the home healthcare setting to achieve financial and strategic goals for assigned territories, and preparing territory development and strategic account management plans. The means of revenue generation include promoting MIST Therapy adoption by Physicians associated with HHA's through clinical follow-up and reviews to prescribing Physicians, presenting MIST to help assist in providing optimum patient outcomes, preparing and conducting regular and timely business reviews with customers, managing high level account administration issues, and seeking new revenue opportunities while maintaining existing revenue through establishment and maintenance of superior customer relationships.
Position Location:
- East Coast (Preferably Boston or other major metro area)
- Midwest (Preferably Chicago or other major metro area)
- West Coast (Preferably Southern California or other major metro area)
Responsibilities:
Drive the sales of MIST Therapy with the goal of maximizing adoption and usage in the Home Healthcare setting.
- Ability to effectively present features/benefits of MIST therapy to Home Health agencies through the appropriate use of sales/clinical collateral material.
- Selling to associated local managed care payers/IPA’s associated with targeted HHA’s, in collaboration with reimbursement department to ensure consistent technical messaging.
- Conversion of Home Health agencies to the use of MIST therapy within assigned geography through professional consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies/tactics for business retention and growth in assigned accounts and geography.
- Development of relationships with key decision-makers and industry key opinion leaders within the Home Health market.
- Use of customer educational program in servicing
- Use of business and clinical data.
- Preparing and conducting regular and timely business reviews.
- Effectively communicating with physicians and key clinicians within the Home Health setting.
Additional responsibilities pertinent to the effectiveness of the position:
- Capturing necessary and required HHA billing data
- Capturing and maintaining customer profile data
- Providing financial and clinical information and analysis for customer assessment regarding cost effectiveness of MIST therapy.
- Organizing and conducting timely regular and timely business reviews with customers
- Collaborating with sales team members to provide continuity of care in all are settings.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Nursing, or related field.
- 3-5 years Home Healthcare market sales or related experience in consultative or concept selling at the purchasing and clinical levels in target fields of medical devices or wound care.
- Working knowledge of managed care, specifically in the Home Health markets.
- Working knowledge of CMS guidelines for reimbursement in the Home Health market.
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Must be able to demonstrate entry level awareness to functional sales competencies.
- Ability to function at a high-level independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Highly proficient problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including ability to interact at all levels within a client organization and ability to effectively present information in small and large group settings.
- Extremely self-motivated and flexible, with ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to travel 40%
