CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - Clinical Resource Manager
Due to the exciting expansion of our product, Celleration is looking for a highly competent Clinical Resource Manager to join our clinical research and reimbursement team. This role will provide support to our clinical research team, training and education to our sales team, and clinical support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Drive the clinical effectiveness of MIST Therapy with the goal of maximizing adoption in all accounts.
- Assist with Corporate customers and prospects via clinical, procedural and economic training programs.
- Serve as the support for the sales organization to address advanced clinical, treatment, and economic issues related to MIST Therapy (email, marketing, materials, and telephone).
- Interface with marketing to assist with understanding and communicating all new technologies and their relationship to MIST Therapy to the sales organization.
- Drive the field based research activities and results through field and site training of research initiatives.
- Direct interaction with clinical research sites to assist with identification of research subjects and protocol processes.
Support field sales force in driving adoption and penetration within targeted customer. Focused efforts will be:
- Develop and facilitate a best in class training program inclusive of initial and ongoing training
Coordinate the Medical and Clinical Advisory Boards to maintain the highest evidence for and standards of wound care.
Engage the Celleration management team in a proactive manner to ensure consistent communication on all relevant topics.
Lead the development of key programs, processes and reviews such as clinical training, customer presentations, site data collection, etc.
Build and maintain strong personal relationships with key customers such as site research coordinators, corporate clinical VP's, DON's, Administrators, Payers Physicians and Clinical Directors.
Collaborate with Marketing in the continued development of case studies.
Assist in training (classroom and field) of new hires.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Registered Nurse
- Must be WOCN or CWS certified
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in wound care utilizing modalities
- Must have a minimum of 3 years extensive clinical hands on experience with MIST Therapy
- Involvement with CEU training involving wound care highly preferred
- Highly detailed oriented, with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to function at a high-level independently, as well as in a team environment
- Highly proficient problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including ability to interact at all levels within a client organization and ability to effectively present information in small and large group settings
- Clinical knowledge of wound care, with ability to effectively teach and train doctors, clinicians and non-clinicians, in one-one-on and group training sessions
- Extremely self-motivated and flexible, with ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficient to organize and manage workload effectively while traveling at least 40 - 50% of the work week
