CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Due to our exciting growth, we have an opening for a highly energetic and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The key areas of initial focus for this position will be coordinating tradeshows, handling the availability of sales tools, coordinating key internal processes, and providing marketing support as needed.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Tool Development
• Oversee the usage of materials to ensure availability
• Revise existing materials as needed
• Coordinate the creation of new sales materials

National and Regional Tradeshows Coordination
• Clearly communicate tradeshow plans to the organization
• Coordinate tradeshow support
• Manage the process of adding new tradeshows
• Generate materials to support tradeshow and/or tradeshow booth based on show sponsorship
• Continuously improve on and execute best-in-class strategies and tactics for tradeshows
• Recommend revisions to the tradeshow protocol that will positively impact the business

General Marketing Responsibilities
• Participate in project teams outside of Marketing
• Provide recommendations and create plans for continuous improvement
• Participate in planning and execution of National Sales Meeting
• Support the brand strategy and positioning; ensure consistent messaging across communication
• Perform other duties and work on special projects as may be required by management

Communications Support
• Produce communication materials ensuring consistency and cross functional collaboration by following established guidelines, processes and tools
• Coordinate the review process of new and revised materials developed by Marketing
• Manage vendors assisting with project
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of communications and industry trends and best in class practices as related to responsibilities

Budgetary Responsibility
• Assists in defining, tracking and maintaining budgets
• Ensures cost saving measures and spending within allocated amount

Advertising and Co-Marketing
• Support managing the Co-Marketing Program by arranging special events and preparing co-branded collateral for customers
• Assists with advertising processes

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in business/marketing and or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a professional environment, with demonstrated initiative and achievement of results
  • General understanding of marketing and/or marketing/communications
  • Experience in wound care or medical device industry preferred, but not required
  • Experience developing marketing collateral and organizing tradeshows highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task to achieve results
  • Robust problem-solving skill
  • Strong sense of initiative, self-starter with a strong focus to achieve results
  • PC Skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels within an organization
  • Ability to travel at least 10-30% of the time
